DriveZ's technology is supported by Flare, a related company that provides services in 10 countries worldwide, including Southeast Asia and Japan. In addition to utilizing Flare Dash (field worker activity management solution) and Flare Analytics (driving behavior analysis solution), we are also developing DDash-specific functions to provide optimal services for our client companies, users, and drivers.

The difference between DDash and conventional driver dispatch services

STRENGTH 01

Attendance Management

Flare Dash records attendance and driving data via a smartphone app. Not only does it prevent overtime fraud and unauthorized use, but it also allows users to check detailed attendance data.

Conventional Services

Attendance management is based on paper aggregation, which is a breeding ground for overtime fraud and unauthorized use, and detailed attendance data is not provided to users.

STRENGTH 02

Attendance Approval

You can check attendance from Flare Dash Admin (user app), and approve (or reject) with a single tap. By setting attendance area restrictions, you can also automate attendance approval while preventing fraudulent attendance.

Conventional Services

Attendance approval requires the user to check the driver's self-reported (paper-based) times and approve each one with a signature. This is one of the tasks with the most complaints due to the workload on users, including forgotten approvals and dealing with false reports.

Safety Management

Flare Analytics (smartphone app) visualizes driving behavior and constantly monitors whether drivers are driving dangerously. Warnings and re-training are provided to drivers before users become concerned.

Conventional Services

Only a few safety training sessions per year. Regular driving and driving behavior cannot be managed, and safety management has become a formality.

Driver Aptitude Check

We often receive inquiries from customers of other companies about drivers who can't read maps, struggle to reach requested locations, or have unstable driving with sudden starts, brakes, and steering. DDash drivers undergo a proprietary cognitive test before joining, covering spatial awareness, attention, processing, and memory skills. Only drivers who pass are hired.

DRIVER 02

Digitally Capable Drivers

DDash drivers are exclusively individuals who can conduct business using DDash applications. Not only DDash apps, but we also hire and train only drivers who can use smartphones and applications, including Google Map navigation.

DRIVER 03

Driver Hygiene Management

We often receive inquiries from customers of other companies about unhygienic drivers. DDash drivers are required to wear antibacterial uniforms and keep deodorant spray and sheets on hand at all times, ensuring they remain clean to thoroughly prevent unpleasant smell harassment in vehicles.

DRIVER 04

Thorough Drug Testing

In Thailand, drug use by taxi and motorcycle taxi drivers is a serious problem, similar to drunk driving. DriveZ conducts not only drug testing at the time of hiring but also regular surprise inspections. If drug use is confirmed, the driver will be immediately replaced.
