Users can check attendance records from Flare Dash Admin App (for admin/users) and approve (or disapprove) attendance with a single tap. Attendance approval can be automated while preventing unauthorized attendance by restricting attendance areas(Geo fence).
Conventional Services
Approval of driver attendance requires users to check the time reported by drivers (written on a paper) and approve it with their signatures each time. This is one of the tasks that users are often dissatisfied with due to the large workload involved in handling forgotten approvals and false reports checking.

Safety Management
Visualize driving behavior through Flare Analytics (Mobile App) and monitor drivers at any time to see if they are driving in a dangerous manner. Warnings and re-education of drivers are provided before users become concerned or serious trouble occurs.
Conventional Services
Only safety training such as several times a year is provided. The company is not able to monitor and manage daily driving and driving behavior. Even safety management itself has become a skeleton for some companies.
